Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you will not be able to cancel your order. You may, however, return your items for store credit.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We only ship to Europe. Don't forget to check if the items you are ordering will be cleared through customs in your country.

DELIVERY
How can I track my order?
We will send you the tracking number after your purchase within 1-3 business days for international shipments. For domestic shipments, the carrier will handle the shipping information.

Are all my items shipped together?
It depends on the products you ordered. As we operate multiple fulfillment centers, sometimes your items may come with different packaging.

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
It depends on the type of reason, the shipping location and the condition of the products.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?
If there is any type of manufacturing defect, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your item, and (as long as your case is legitimate) we will send you a replacement.
